The heatless dryer "CDA Series" is an adsorption-type dryer for compressed air.
It can supply a dew point of -73°C without primary dehumidification such as a refrigeration dryer.
By adopting a slim two-tube structure and a dedicated valve, it reduces purge air (the air lost for regeneration) by up to 14.8% (at 0.69 MPa). Additionally, it comes standard with the AMLOC energy-saving device, which absorbs load fluctuations and automatically adjusts to the minimum necessary purge air.
It is widely used in semiconductor, food, and machinery factories, as well as in chemical plants and power stations.
